Why goat milk? It's extra moisturizing and provides excellent nutrition to the skin! Because milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids (contained in lactic acid) that are key to rejuvenation, your skin will look and feel smoother, softer, and more supple.  Alpha-hydroxy acids are a naturally occurring material that sloughs off dead skin cells, thereby exfoliating your skin and leaving you with a healthy glow. The soaps, lotions, face and body creams are handmade in small batches, which means that you receive a high quality product in every order.            

In addition to goat milk, MoonStar soaps contain such natural oils as olive, coconut, and sunflower. Through the soap making process, glycerin is produced. Glycerin is an emollient that soothes the skin and acts as a humectant by drawing moisture from the air into the skin. We also use a technique called french milling. During the french milling process more milk is added to the soap bars, resulting in a luxurious, creamy, and long lasting bar. With beautiful molds and a variety of fragrances, the soap smells heavenly and you are assured of a product that is pretty and functional.

Our lotions and body creams are truly luxurious. Unlike other goat milk lotion products, ours contain 75% fresh goat milk along with oils that are nourishing for your skin.  The preservative used is the same one that is used in contact lens solution and baby wipes.
